Send us an email requesting an appointment or book online. We will send you a Welcome to Our Patient Portal email and schedule an appointment. We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours for weight loss or hormone programs. All other inquires or requests will be responded to in less then 24 hours.

Connect from anywhere you want via phone, tablet or laptop. Whatever is most convenient for you is what works for us too. In person visits available as well. Please specify which type of visit you prefer when requesting appointment. In person visits will take place in office or your home/location of choice.

Weight loss or hormone programs require labs prior to your consultation. After payment, you will receive an email with instructions and a lab order. Other visits may require diagnostic exams as well. Our lab partners are LabCorp, Quest, CPL, and Access Medical Labs. Diagnostic exams can be sent to diagnostic centers as needed (x-rays, ultrasounds, etc.).

Once your diagnostic results are in, we will follow up to review them and create a treatment plan as necessary. Prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy of choice. *No controlled substances will be prescribed.

If you are starting a weight loss or hormone optimization program, we will discuss your lab results and create a treatment plan. Your prescription and supplies will be sent to one of our partner compounding pharmacies and delivered to your front door in discrete packaging, or may be picked up at pharmacy. *Medications are self-administered.
