Send us an email requesting an appointment or booking online. We will send you a Welcome to Our Patient Portal email and schedule an appointment. For weight loss or hormone programs, we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. All other inquiries or requests will be responded to in less than 24 hours.

Weight loss or hormone programs require labs before your consultation. After payment, you will receive an email with instructions and a lab order. Other visits may require diagnostic exams as well. LabCorp, Quest, CPL, and Access Medical Labs are our lab partners. Diagnostic exams (x-rays, ultrasounds, etc.) can be sent to diagnostic centers as needed.

Once your diagnostic results are in, we will follow up to review them and create a treatment plan as necessary. Prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy of choice. *No controlled substances will be prescribed.

If you are starting a weight loss or hormone optimization program, we will discuss your lab results and create a treatment plan. Your prescription and supplies will be sent to one of our partner compounding pharmacies and delivered to your front door in discrete packaging or may be picked up at the pharmacy. *Medications are self-administered.
